Do I need planning permission?

In most cases, planning is almost certainly not required, with the exception of listed buildings.

Do you give a guarantee?

We have a 2 year - 5 year or exclusive 10 year guarantee.

Can I retract the awning if it is wet?

Depending on the quality of the awning, it can be retracted when wet.

Can I take the awning with me if I relocate?

Yes, we offer a full relocation service.

Are the awnings made to measure?

Yes, all of our products are made to measure up to 12m in width, and we have 4m projection available.

I don’t think I can have an awning fitted - is this right?

With 30 years’ experience, we would advise a free no-obligation site visit if you believe this to be the case. You will probably be very pleasantly surprised!

Will the fabric on my awning fade?

Our fabric is marine grade and is guaranteed not to fade.

Does the awning have to have a white frame and striped fabric?

Not in this modern age. You can choose any frame colour and we have a wide range of plain fabrics available.

How do I clean my awning?

You can clean the fabric with soapy water and a sponge. Being waterproof, any dirts or marks will come right off with no trouble. Simply clean the frame using a damp cloth with a standard cleaning detergent.

Can I customise my awning?

All of our awnings are made to suit you. We can offer a choice of materials, colours, and finishes. If buying for your business, we can even have your awning made in your company colours with you logo and slogan printed, offering extra visibility to your brand.
